How a session works

No talking-cure. No homework. Just a steady, hands-off process the body already knows how to do.

1. Identify

Diana uses muscle testing to ask your body which trapped emotion is ready to be released next — and when it first lodged.

2. Release

A gentle pass with a magnet (or by intention, when remote) discharges the trapped energy along the governing meridian. You don't have to relive anything.

3. Integrate

Most clients feel a quiet shift within a day or two — more space, less reactivity, a little more themselves. You'll get a session summary by email.

The Heart-Wall

Many of us build a protective cluster of trapped emotions around the heart — Dr. Nelson called it the Heart-Wall. It can quietly limit how openly we love, how deeply we feel, and how clearly we hear our own intuition.

Most clients release theirs over 2–5 focused sessions.
