0. The most important part — please read first

The Emotion Code is energy work, not medical care. Diana is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, not a licensed medical provider. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, physical condition, or mental health condition.

If you are dealing with a medical or psychological concern, please continue to work with your physician, therapist, or other licensed provider. The work Diana does complements that care — it doesn't replace it.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using the Diana Heals website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

2. What we offer

Diana provides individual sessions in the Emotion Code modality developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. Each session uses muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions, including the cluster sometimes called the Heart-Wall.

Sessions are offered in-person, by Zoom video, by phone, and by proxy/distance. The work is the same regardless of format — see our Sessions page for details.

3. Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

  • All sessions are booked through the website. Diana confirms the slot by email.
  • Bookings need at least 90 minutes' notice. For same-day requests, please contact Diana directly.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice for reschedules and cancellations when you can. Life happens — message Diana and she'll help you find another time.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may, at Diana's discretion, result in the session fee being charged.
  • Diana reserves the right to reschedule with as much notice as possible in case of illness or emergency.

4. Payment

  • Session prices are listed on the Sessions page in U.S. dollars and may change with reasonable notice.
  • The Free Discovery Call has no fee and no commitment.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Refunds for completed sessions are not offered, but if a session doesn't feel right, please tell Diana so she can make it right — often that means a follow-up session at no cost.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Provide accurate information when you sign up and on your intake form.
  • Tell Diana about relevant medical, psychological, or pregnancy-related conditions before your first session, and keep her informed if those change.
  • Continue working with your licensed medical or mental health providers for any conditions you have.
  • Show up on time, or let Diana know in advance if you can't.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in a session — and the session notes Diana keeps — are confidential. Diana will not disclose your information to anyone except:

  • With your written permission;
  • Where required by law (court order, subpoena);
  • Where there's a credible risk of serious harm to you or another person.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diana Heals and Diana personally are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or from any session. Our total liability for any claim related to a session is capped at the amount you paid for that session.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Emotion Code® is a method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson and is used under Diana's practitioner certification. The Emotion Code chart of emotions and the underlying methodology are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are not reproduced on this site.

The Diana Heals website (text, layout, images, code) is © Diana Heals. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Account termination

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing diana@dianaheals.com. We'll honor the request within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

Diana may close an account at her discretion if it's being used in a way that's harmful or disrespectful, with notice and refund of any unused prepaid sessions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
